Complete Renovation, Revoicing and Upgrade

Parkway Presbyterian Church
Winston-Salem, NC

In the second half of 2018, we completed a thorough overhaul of the Casavant organ, Opus 3107, built in 1971. After 50 years of faithful service, the instrument was showing signs of age. Major work included the replacement of all leather pouches, the installation of a new electronic organ control system, re-leathering of the bellows, and refinishing both the façade and the console. The organ played for the first time in four years during the Christmas service on December 24, 2018.
