This project was one of those smaller but deeply rewarding ones—it’s always gratifying to see the joy of parishioners when the work is complete. The instrument, a Möller “Artiste” unit organ, required considerable care after many years of faithful service. We thoroughly cleaned and repaired the organ, re-voiced the pipes, and fully renovated the console, including a complete overhaul of the pedalboard. We also replaced the old, noisy blower with a brand-new, ultra-quiet unit custom-made for us in Germany. In the summer of 2012, we relocated the organ to a new position within the sanctuary to align with changes made during the interior renovation.
